On Wednesday, January 30, The Humboldt Food Policy Council (HFPC) invites you to join us for a Food Film Pop-Up! This event will feature a selection of short, creative films that will inspire and educate anyone who cares about healthy eating! Screening times at 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Delicious, locally made snacks and beverages are available for purchase for this event from Richards' Goat Tavern, including locally made bialys from Frankie's Bagels, Humboldt grass-fed beef shepherds pies, a Local Spirits cocktail menu, and more! Free to attend, but non-perishable food donations for Food For People are encouraged. All ages welcome for these two screenings, but the bar is 21 & up after 9:00 pm. If you are interested in one of our hot food specials, please show up at least 30 minutes early to finish it in the bar area, as hot food and glass is not allowed inside the dark theatre for your safety.
