Nicholas Merz - Born and raised in Duvall, WA, Nicholas Merz began playing under his name in 2017, and released his debut LP in 2018 through Aagoo Records. For a decade between 2009-2019 he spent his creative focus on the collaborative project Darto. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Merz recorded his third record, ‘American Classic’ over 2020-2021 to be released in early 2023. Merz sonically explores loose structures over his guitar and pedal steel playing, while interweaving focused lyrical images in between passages. He is currently 6’6” and weighing in at 200lbs.
