Past self is a Las Vegas-based Darkwave and Shoegaze band. Known for their swirling guitar tones, distinct image, and unique blend of Korean and English lyrics that the band has dubbed “K-Goth,” they’ve quickly gathered the attention of the wider goth scene as a whole.

Hailing from the underground post-punk scene, The True Faith has quickly established itself as a formidable force in modern alternative music. Fronted by Travis Benson, with Quentin Moyer on guitar, Dylan Kotliar on bass, and Francisco Ilabaca on synth, the band blends atmospheric melodies with driving rhythms, evoking the dark romanticism of The Cure, the anthemic power of early U2, and the brooding intensity of The Chameleons and The Sound. With a reputation for immersive live performances and a steadily growing discography, The True Faith remains a vital force in contemporary post-punk, forging a sound that is both timeless and immediate.
